Our client has asked us to locate the following equipment. Automatic wrapping line for packaging of margarine.

Following characteristics are required: 1. The packaging equipment is to be connected to the margarine's production line without modernization of margarine's producing equipment. Adapter between margarine's producing equipment and packaging line is to be with safety valve. 2. Volume of final packaging is 250grams in form of rectangular block; 3. Productivity: 200packs/minute; 2160MT per month: 2 shifts, 12hours each X 30days. 4. Electric power: 380 or 220 V. 5. Date printing is required; 6. Packaging material: greaseproof paper (50gr/m2) or/and laminated aluminium foil (paper+PE+alufoil - 70-80gr/m2). 7. The preferred technological solution is horizontal "table type" packaging line, analog of "Benhil Gasti" machinery.

Granulating equipment: to make wheat bran pellets (4MT per hour).
