I am currently seeking a profession in the food industry. I am a graudating senior for California State University, Chico. I will have a degree in microbiology and a minor in chemistry. I have strong organizational skills and people skills. I would like to remain in the state of California, mainly northern, but am willing to relocate. I am from the San Joaquin Valley. I have worked in the tomato processing industry and a USDA egg proccessing facility. I have experience in the Bac-T Alert system, preparation of media for cultural examinations, using Petrifilm plates, and performing various quantitative tests to identify organisms.
