Food Technologist R&D

Growing manufacturer of bakery mixes, fillings and frozen batters seeks an experienced Technician with formulation and ingredient interaction knowledge.

Requirements

A degree in Food Science Technology or related area and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct R&D/QA lab exposure are required. Experience with new product development and testing, with a bench work focus, is a must. Familiarity with starches, emulsifiers and sugars is preferred. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, able to do project work independently and have basic PC skills (Word and Excel). Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm.
