This position is responsible for employing flavor analytical expertise such as GC – MS and HPLC technologies to understand the chemistry of palatability for the future development of innovative pet food flavors.

Minimum requirements for this position include a graduate degree (Ph.D. highly preferred) in Nora Schaboldfood science, biochemistry or related field; three to five years experience in flavor chemistry research development, especially using GC-MS techniques; the ability to work and function well in a cross-functional team environment; and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications.
