Hello,
I am trying to get a feel as to whether Staph aureus would actually grow and survive in the environment of a chilled food factory at approx 8-10ºC. I am familiar as you would expect with it being a pathogen carried on hands etc, but am keen to know if anyone has comne accross it being in a factory in the same way listeria would?
