Low Fat puff pastry

I know that this sounds crazy but is there such a thing such as "low fat puff pastry" in commercial applications? I am in the business of manufacturing meat, chicken and vegetarian pies but use a puff pastry and I would like to know if such a product is already available for commercial usage
