Did successful introduction of the system to increase the refined oil filling capacity modifying the existing system at minimum possible cost. QUALITY & SYSTEM: Systematized work practices in laboratory with cost effectiveness. Prepared the specification manual, analytical procedure manual, calibration manual as a part of ISO-9002 documentation work. Involved in the final audit of ISO. Established the specification of all the packing materials and analytical procedure thereafter. Did successful co-ordination for implementation of Production & QA process manual. DEVELOPMENT & ENVIRONMENT: Lead the R&D and application team in successful assistance to develop new businesses where the success rate achieved was 100 % with respect to targeted volume and time period. Commercialized of two Newly Developed Modified Starch satisfying the complete expectations of customers. Successfully recovered the Anaerobic Digester from the stage of poisoning leading the whole operating members by analyzing the observations, process parameters and fluctuative analytical results. Succeeded in granule formation of anaerobic sludge during handling the worlds most advanced effluent treatment plant consisting of anaerobic (UASB) and aerobic system (diffused aeration).
