1999 – 2000 Executive Chef Forever Yours Wedding Catering I ordered all food and product necessary for each catering account. The type of accounts this company caters are, weddings, rehearsal dinners, meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, banquets, and religious events. I was responsible of scheduling of appointments, helping the client select the type of food that best suits their needs, and selecting the types of food for decorations, and hiring all employees and scheduling them for each account.

1994 – 2000 Executive Chef Romano’s Macaroni Grill My responsibilities included, ordering food, figuring of food cost on a weekly basis, hiring all kitchen employees, scheduling of all kitchen employees, and all inventory on a weekly basis.
